Broadcasters I’ve worked with

I’m a London based Lighting Camera & Drone Operator. Experienced in documentary, factual, entertainment & scripted productions.

My first job in the industry was in the kitroom at Shift 4 broadcast facilities, where i learned the technical foundations for a career in the camera department.

I have been freelance since 2016, working on range of productions from feature films to small documentary projects. I’ve filmed in many different countries & hold an IVISA for the United States.

I’m comfortable shooting with the latest camera packages from Sony, RED, Canon, Blackmagic & Arri. I also have my own FX6 shooting kit and lighting package, for more details please see my kit page.

Experienced working in remote and hostile locations.

CAA approved drone pilot, with UK GVC and EU A2 permissions

Walking with Dinosaurs

Role: Additional Camera

I provided second camera for the live action segments of episodes 1 + 4 of this landmark series. Filming took us on location to remote parts of the USA, Canada and Scotland, where we filmed palaeontologists in the field. Highlights include rigging a camera crane half way up a cliff get a top down shots of a large fossil being unearthed. DOP was Patric Acum, Camera Format: Red Monstro.

Braincube

Role: DOP

This project had a very tight turnaround. We travelled to central france, filmed the piece and were back in London again in just over 24 hours, ready to film the next day for its companion piece. Filmed using Sony FX series camera and canon L series primes. Director was Phil Mash.
